I haven’t had access to a real body scale since I moved out of my parents house after high school… wait I take that back, one of my roommates in college had a scale that I would occasionally step on, but other than that nope… haven’t had one. For the past few years I’ve been using our Wii Fit to weigh and keep track of my weight losses (or gains), but that is somewhat of a pain when all I want to do is check my weight. I don’t want to be bothered with setting up the game and all the clicking to get to the weight check. Below are photo’s I took of a “friends” profile and measurements, you can see where I have circled in red the different measurements. Once the scale displays the weigh reading, it flips through the water, bone, muscle and fat percentages.
